James “Buddy” Cunningham

25 years of telecommunications and technology-related experience. Buddy has successfully built, directed and led sales, marketing and business development teams for start up’s and Fortune 500 companies. His success in building specialized vertical teams led MCI to dominate in the State Government and University & Corrections market place that propelled MCI into IT and digital imaging. Buddy’s interest in new technology led him to move into the Internet space as it was taking off. After building a successful team as President of the Northeast for Verio he was promoted to lead Verio’s Marketing efforts both domestically and International. He built Verio’s Brand, built an indirect channel program and led the company into hosting where they became the worlds largest.
